"We have been going to Francois for over 12 years now and his level of service for us has been the best. Him or his staff have always been very responsive every time we call or email. They have always given us the best rates especially on our travel trailer. Thank you for always treating is like people and not a commission/payout."

"I will be editing my review to 1 star ( May, 2023). I gave this place 5 stars when Tony was here. When Tony was at the office we never had any issues with getting one day insurance certificates, changing my policy, putting in a claim, etc. We got a response within minutes! What really got me was that we were told that Tony was still working there but learned from a mutual friend that *Tony hasn’t been there since January* I wish I could put this in bold so those who are being told this are aware! He is not out on baby leave. It really concerns me that we were given this false information from the owner and concerns me that policies are not being handled appropriately. This goes to show how undervalued Tony was. Please go elsewhere. - 5-star review from 4 years ago below If you’re looking for ANY type of insurance, Tony is your guy! Tony Contreras from State Farm has helped me with all my insurance needs from business, property, rental and car insurance. He’s helped all of my family and friends. I can’t thank him enough! Did I mention I’m not even the Central Valley and he assists me from hours away! You will not be disappointed if you choose State Farm, especially if you choose Tony Contreras as your agent! Thank you Tony!!"

When it comes to Business/Commercial Services which was provided to you, that process takes longer due to underwriting and compliance matters. In regards to Tony, he is no longer employed with our office and that was his choosing. I understand you’re not being happy losing Tony as a contact, and I assure you we are as well sadden by it. We wish that we were able to convince him to stay (sigh), but it was his decision to leave State Farm. Thank you again for taking the time out of your day to give us this feedback. "

"I’ve been using State Farm for my car insurance for about 7-8 years now and recently just bought a house. Tony, who usually works with me, answered all my questions about home insurance and combining it with our auto. He gave me a quote right over the phone, treated me like family and gave me great advice. He’s the best and I know I can always go to him for any questions or concerns. Francois has also helped me many times in the past and has been amazing! All around great staff and office! Will continue to work with them for many more years."
